Training and development

Our staff have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help build confidence, skills and experience across the disability and community services sector.

Training opportunities include:

  • Positive behaviour support
  • Person-centred active support
  • Risk management
  • Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training
  • Complex care and mental health support training
  • Ongoing compliance and professional development training

Role requirements

Depending on the role, applicants may be required to provide:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • National Police Check (within the past six months)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Working with Children Check (Ochre Card)
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Evidence of relevant qualifications
  • Evidence of Australian work rights (current visa or birth certificate)
