We are recognised nationally for our work supporting people with complex needs. This includes people with complex mental health challenges, forensic disability and high-intensity support requirements. Our team brings sector experience and evidence-informed practice to achieve meaningful outcomes.

With more than 16 support accommodations, we provide environments that are safe, comfortable and fit for purpose. These are places participants are proud to call home.

Our compassionate, well-trained team delivers 24/7 support across all our services. We invest in ongoing development through mandatory compliance training, CPI training, positive behaviour support and complex care programs.

Our high staff retention rates reflect a workplace culture where people feel valued, supported and accountable. Continuity of care for participants is a genuine priority.

We work collaboratively with families, guardians, correctional departments, allied health professionals, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and other stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for participants.
