Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)

Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA) provides temporary housing for NDIS participants awaiting a long-term housing solution.

This may include participants waiting for Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), home modifications or permanent housing arrangements.

Our team has extensive experience supporting participants with complex support needs, including complex mental health and forensic disability, providing stability and continuity of care during periods of transition.

Who is Medium Term Accommodation For?

MTA may be suitable if you:

• Are waiting for permanent housing
• Are transitioning from hospital, rehabilitation or residential care
• Are waiting for home modifications to be completed
• Have been approved for SIL or SDA and are waiting for a vacancy
• Need temporary accommodation while longer-term supports are arranged
• Require a stable living environment during a period of transition
